I love that these energy bars can not only be made in 10 minutes, but are also super easy to clean up and don’t require getting your hands all sticky with peanut butter. (Peanut butter energy balls are one of our go-tos, but it’s always so messy and they take much longer to make!)

10-Minute Energy Date Bars - No Sugar Added
These 10-minute date energy bars are super easy to make. Just throw everything in a food processor and blend! They taste delicious even with no added sugar, and they're packed with healthy foods to give you an energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup apricots
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse
- Line a 9" x 9" pan with parchment paper
- Press mixture into pan to form into a square
- Lift parchment paper out of pan to cut energy bars
- Store in a plastic container in the refrigerator (use strips of parchment paper between the layers to prevent sticking to each other)
